"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

"We moved to new house recently and found that water heater has stopped working We called many plumbers to check the issue but everyone asked to replace it Andrew Stewart took a pragmatic approach to first try to clean the plate underneath and purged the gas, checked the gas pressure.
