"We needed to change all (18-20) window screens of our 4-bed room SF home. Rolando did a fine job with these replacements. One of the glass windows accidentally got cracked during manipulation (stuff happens!) but, more importantly, he ensured that the new glass window was the same design and was reasonably priced (we split the cost). The 1st window maker he contracted this work out to delivered a window with the wrong design, so Rolando on his own accord identified another maker and got the correct design made. We appreciate that Rolando persevered until he had the original design in hand. We have no reservations in recommending him for any window/screen work."

Provide a new GFCI outlet & install a new Brondell Swash bidet seat. 3. Install a wheelchair ramp to get into the house on my wheelchair. Without getting the above work done I could not move into the new house. Carlos & his team from ‘Reflections Home Improvement’ not only did an excellent job - but were very empathetic about my condition and completed the projects on the promised date - so that I could move in. Everything was done promptly, professionally & politely & at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend ‘Reflections Home Improvement’ to anyone wanting to have Home improvement projects done satisfactorily & at a reasonable price."

It was very hard to get them back, but they came back and fixed it. After a few weeks the door became unhinged again. This time Boris ignored my messages. After many attempts, I left a negative review on HomeAdvisor and when Boris read it he contacted me (finally), not to offer assistance but to call me a crybaby and demanding I take down the negative review. I was shocked. I asked him my money back, he refunsed, I have no choice but to report the company to the better Business Bureau."
