I contacted Joe and he came by to look. He said he would take care of it. Well, months went by and I never heard from him. I filed a complaint with the BBB and he made a half hearted response that he would fix (not replace) the miscut wood. That was not satisfactory. Needless to say, he does not honor the guarantee that he claims to provide in his newspaper ads. If you don't watch him carefully, he'll get away with less than perfect workmanship.
