"Anthony responded to my request right away. He set up an appointment in two days, gave a reasonable estimate for stretching the carpet and then performed the services right there and then! When he pulled up the carpet edge, he noticed some dog smell and advised that baking soda would help. He waited for me to go to the store to buy the baking soda and then spread it in that area before retacking the carpet. Extremely helpful and accommodating! 5-star service for sure!!"

"Very professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Megan knows her floor finishes quite well, was great with her input. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on a very challenging project. Carpet pad was in many cases stuck to floor, and we had no idea how it was going to go. Finished work wildly exceeded our expectations. Price was fair, and we would definitely use them again."

This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!
