Before sanding, they covered all walls and countertops with sheets of plastic and taped up all gaps beneath doors to prevent sawdust from getting into other parts of the house. It took a while, but they were able to remove most of the old pet urine stains in the hardwood floor of the kitchen. They even took the time to hand-sand between coats of polyurethane. You can't go wrong with these guys. They're conscientious, seem to take great pride in their work, and offer really fair pricing.
