We needed landscape remediation as water was building up in the front side of our house (during heavy rain) and wanted a new flower bed as well. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Pierce came out to take a look and after talking to him, I was confident he had the expertise to do the work. To no surprise, he and his crew did a fantastic job. I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. He then choose to delivery moldy pavers from the supply house he picked them up and didn't even tell us about them until after he was installing them. We signed a contract stating no money upfront until the job was completed he was yelling the entire time he worked that he wants to get paid. He was very dishonest and he doesn't even want to come back to fix pavers that are damaged after he left us with 3 year warranty. I definitely would not hire this guy to do your job. He then tell me to take off the bad reviews. I will come fix your pavers and then he did nothing to repair them. Very very dishonest contractor..STAY FAR AWAY!!"

"A wonderful job. Very quick response when a tree fell on our house and caused roof damage - the roof had been installed by NexGen 5 years prior & was working well through storms and high winds. NexGen worked closely with our insurance company ensuring we received all of the compensation we needed and were due. We have had NexGen replace doors at the house as well and have been very pleased with the responsiveness, expertise, efficiency, workmanship & personalized care afforded by all of the folks working there. Wouldn't go anywhere."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
