"Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"

Ultimately, the one thing that I was a little taken back by was what the roof maintenance package should have included. They said that there was a limit to what they would do when it comes to like covering up nails. He made it seem like there was a limit. I understand that you are only paying a certain amount for the package but it didn't seem clear what those constraints were. When he showed up on site and told that to me, I was a little caught off guard. From a communication perspective, it would make sense for them to kind of recount what the details of their support are going to include and what it doesn't include so that I am well aware of it. It is probably my fault but am a consumer. They could be more transparent about what is included in their price. They weren't pushy or selling or anything like that. They gave me a total budget but it is out of my budget right now. I am not going to move forward with it. But, it is good to know what the cost would be if I wanted to move forward with what they suggested. The price for the deal was fine."
