Excellent!!! The repairmen were punctual, professional and friendly. They went about their work in an expert manner and completed the job in short order.

Never happen

Horrible experience - worst I've ever had and I'm a homeowner for over 30 years. I reviewed this company when the work was considered complete by them. But this year because of the damage they did to the gutters while doing the roofing, new leaks have appeared. So I feel obligated to do an update.

It went Fine. Very professional and efficient.

It went well, but they only had priced 3 plywood sheets. On a roof replacement they probably should have replaced all the plywood. They did mention the three sheets but was not aware that most might be better replaced.

I think it was less than hour. I think it was just one person, if I remember correctly. He left nothing behind.

He did some maintenance and gave some advice for the future. He was very good, fast, and knowledgeable.

The service went well. He was on time and provided a good review of all work that was done.

They never contacted us. After a month, I started calling and emailing them, but got no response. Eventually, I was given a full refund and went on to contract with someone else from the list.

They never responded and I could not reach them for three weeks. Had to cancel because they would not contact me.

Pablo was punctual and kept his appointment time to meet me to inspect the project. During the inspection, he indicated his firm had experience with the type of work I was asking to be done, and that he would have a proposal to me by the end of the or, at latest, the next day. I didn't hear back from him, so I contacted his office at least twice over the following two weeks to let him know that I was still waiting for his proposal. Finally, I got in touch with him. He claimed he sent me the proposal previously by email, which I suspected was not true. He emailed the proposal to me on November 4, shortly after I spoke with him, claiming that he prepared the proposal but forgot to send it. The proposal only included a minor portion of the work I was requesting that he perform: repair of the membrane roof around a 5' x 5' skylight curb. This is no more than a 1/2 day job for one person. The quoted cost: $3577. Even with materials, this price is ridiculous. My feeling was that, for whatever reason, Saenz didn't want the work. They should have just said so. Instead, after telling me they could do the whole job, they slapped together a sky-high quote for only a small portion of the work. Not the most professional approach to a customer. Needless to say, I didn't accept the proposal, and I won't be contacting Saenz again.

They never showed up, they never called; I sent 3 emails with no response and called and the number did not work. Customer Service from Angie's List called me to let me know that she had contacted them also; they never returned her call either. This is only only the 2nd time I have used Angie's list but I am not very happy.

Saenz never contacted me after my purchase of the service. I also emailed & called & no response after one month.

It is now December 22, ten days later, and I have not heard from the company, even after several attempts on my behalf to contact them. I have asked for my money back for the offer.

I bought a coupon on the website for roof maintenance. I messaged and called, called and messaged then and no reply. I bought the coupon in October and they never once reply.

They never answered my emails. I sent them two separate emails and got no response.

The on site technicians said they could do the liner and cap that day. They completed the job, but there were some things about 'clean up' that were most dissatisfying. I wrote a scathing review of the business stating that the professionalism was well below standard. The very next morning I received a call from Mr. David Jarett, the owner. He made no excuses for the crew that had failed the clean-up effort. He apologized and asked what it would take to make to put things right. He offered to send the crew back to apologize and to clean up the offending area. Since I had already done the clean-up I chose not to have the crew return. Mr. Jarett took $200 off my $2300 bill and gave me a voucher for another service for my home or that of anyone I choose. He was most apologetic without attempting to justify the actions that had concerned me. All in all, he went over and above in making sure that as a customer, I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Chris was on time, pleasant, and assured me he would email me within a day or two with pics and quote. Four months later, despite calls and emails to office, I have no quote. When I sent the initial email to the office I did get a response - he emailed me and said it was 'better if I called just his cell phone' and asked me to identify who I was/where my house was again. I don't know - it felt shady. And it looks like I'm not the only one who spent $98 for a 'special deal' who got dropped. I guess the roof maintenance package got done right - no real way to know...

No one contacts me and I couldn't reach them, after calling their number and leaving voicemail, and sending emails to them for almost 2 weeks.
