Excellent!!! The repairmen were punctual, professional and friendly. They went about their work in an expert manner and completed the job in short order.

Horrible experience - worst I've ever had and I'm a homeowner for over 30 years. I reviewed this company when the work was considered complete by them. But this year because of the damage they did to the gutters while doing the roofing, new leaks have appeared. So I feel obligated to do an update.

It went Fine. Very professional and efficient.

It went well, but they only had priced 3 plywood sheets. On a roof replacement they probably should have replaced all the plywood. They did mention the three sheets but was not aware that most might be better replaced.

I think it was less than hour. I think it was just one person, if I remember correctly. He left nothing behind.

He did some maintenance and gave some advice for the future. He was very good, fast, and knowledgeable.

The service went well. He was on time and provided a good review of all work that was done.

It is now December 22, ten days later, and I have not heard from the company, even after several attempts on my behalf to contact them. I have asked for my money back for the offer.

They never answered my emails. I sent them two separate emails and got no response.

The on site technicians said they could do the liner and cap that day. They completed the job, but there were some things about 'clean up' that were most dissatisfying. I wrote a scathing review of the business stating that the professionalism was well below standard. The very next morning I received a call from Mr. David Jarett, the owner. He made no excuses for the crew that had failed the clean-up effort. He apologized and asked what it would take to make to put things right. He offered to send the crew back to apologize and to clean up the offending area. Since I had already done the clean-up I chose not to have the crew return. Mr. Jarett took $200 off my $2300 bill and gave me a voucher for another service for my home or that of anyone I choose. He was most apologetic without attempting to justify the actions that had concerned me. All in all, he went over and above in making sure that as a customer, I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

My roof was in good condition.

Prompt and straightforward. I told the worker my dilemma-the roof is too high for me climb and too steep to see any possible damage. I needed an honest assessment of its health. Not only did I get that, I got it in less than an hour. My roof is good enough to last this winter and any possible breaches of its integrity were caulked, he even nailed a shutter back up! I'm now saving up for a new roof in the spring or summer and will probably call Saenz for it.

Did not do any work. It took them a few days to send me the pictures and an estimate for a new roof.
The person that came out was a salesperson, that was a red flag, because I knew they were going to try to sell me something.
I probably would have dealt with a local company and not used the Big Deal. Price for the Big Deal was fair.

We were not pleased. Didn't feel like the inspector was very knowledgeable, and that it became more of a sales pitch for a new roof. The area that he said was causing the leak made no sense. Called someone else to take a look, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it immediately and declined to charge us for his service.

For the $98 roof inspection and tune-up that I paid for, that included up to 4 flashing seals, (and I expected they would fix it within the contract,) Saenz inspected the roof and proposed that it was in "terrible" shape, the exhaust pipes and flashing were all incorrectly installed, and the price to fix this would be $1600. This was a classic example of bait and switch. Once I had them in to inspect, they tried to get me to pay much more for service that I did not need. I cannot recommend them due to my poor experience. The only bright side is that The technician who came to the house was very polite and professional. I had to hire someone else who inspected the roof free of charge and fixed it for a fair price.

Very well. - I need a small patch job - and they are a very big company and have a high minimum rate for a small job. But even when he knew I would probably not go with him, he gave me a very thorough inspection and showed me pics of exactly what needed to be done.. It was a helpful analysis. If I have a bigger job, I would be very comfortable going back to them.

Very Friendly and accomodating. Did an analysis on the roof leakage issue in the attic and on the roof. Quickly write up an estimate for $1200. Came back next day to fix the roof and left. Needed a little pushing to ensure he tests the leakage. The problem seemed resolved. After a few weeks the leakage appeared in another location of the roof. Called them back to look into. They had missed doing the analysis on the other side of the roof. Remediated the issue the same day. No issues. Overall pleasant experience.

Serviceman came and surveyed my roof for small defects and put silicon on several areas that were loose. Additionally I asked him to give mean estimate to put on a new roof. He gave me a fair estimate around $13k.
