That was my only concern, but the removal and the timeliness of it was fine.    They came pretty quickly. The service was good. I think one needs to be able to assess how much garbage they need to move out. They come and say such and such and you have to go with that. I would use them again but I would be concern about the pricing."

As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late. They gave us a call at 2:15pm that they were coming over and were at our house at 2:30pm. We also received text reminders sent to us the day before and the morning of the pick-up.
