"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

He said he would try his best, and would charge accordingly to his success or not. He worked hard on the area for hours. It wasnâ t â perfectâ in his eyes. "Ricky arrived on time and ready to clean our carpets and furniture. He did the bedroom and living room carpets, and made them look as new. He also did the carpet in the basement and it looked and smelled perfect!. The furniture that Ricky cleaned looks incredible, including our white llove seats! Ricky also cleans tile, and after seeing what a great job he did on our carpeting, as soon as we have some of the tiles repaired, we will definitely have him come back to clean and seal all of our tiled floors.
