Nick the Tile Man did a beautiful job grouting my bathroom. My bathroom looks a brand new. I will absolutely hire him again!

Joe was on time he was neat and clean, friendly the floor was leveled to the best of anyone's ability and the tiles look amazing, we ran short Joe went to my tile guy for me and saved me another trip they are really professionals that go above and beyond. they made the whole experience seamless I will recommend them to everyone of my home owner friends The Best!!

Nick gave an estimate in-person and confirmed in writing. Scheduling was quick. Work was performed on time. Joseph left the work area clean and organized at the end of the work day and totally clean at the end of the job. He did a beautiful job and was pleasant to work with.

It went well. The job was done by Nick's grandson, Joseph and a helper. My house is about 75 years old and the ceramic tiles in the bathroom are original to the house. The tiles around the tub were loose and their were gaps in the grout. They replaced loose tiles and the soap dish with handle above the tub and re-grouted the walls above the tub. They cleaned up well. It now looks like new.

My husband and I recently had tile work done in our bathroom and were very pleased. We had a shower body replaced and the wall tile had to be reinstalled. I contacted Nick the Tileman to do the job. His team was able to reinstall the wall tile as well as an intricate border. They also regrouted all the tiles in the shower area. Now the shower looks brand new. Nick's team were prompt, polite, and very skillful. We also felt his price was very fair. We would highly recommend Nick the Tileman.

My job was a small job, outdoors, cracked tile. Nick sounded a bit older, but very knowledgeable on the phone. He needed to remove all of the outdoor tile to do the job right. His grandson arrived to do the work along with a worker. At first I was a little surprised that it wasn't Nick himself, but the workers showed up on time and it was a small job, so I went along. The job was done right. I am happy with the job. I would recommend them for tile work. Nick might supervise the job more closely if it were a bigger job, I don't know. Perhaps get it straight up front who will do the work. I do think most likely Nick has a lot of expertise about tile and is sharing his knowledge with his grandson. The grandson and the worker were competent and reliable. They take only a deposit up front. They also separated the labor cost from the cost of the tile and showed me the tile bill. In the end, I was impressed when Nick arrived with his grandson and I went to pay Nick, but he turned and said to pay his grandson.

My family hired the team of Nick The Tile Man to install the tile backsplashes in both kitchens of our two family home in Long Island NY. The crew worked diligently to schedule and complete the project meeting and exceeding all requirements / expectations on time. The superior workmanship produced results that would compel me to not only use them in the future but highly recommend them to others. Great job Nick, Joey and Manuel. Thanks again..

Nick was very helpful in addressing my concerns ( following other confusing estimates)  and determining the best approach to tiling the basement floor,  which has a grade that I wanted to maintain. He was knowledgeable and correct.  A small corner shower was also installed and tiled.    The end results of both the floor and shower look great!.  The tiles were laid beautifully.   The grout work is great in almost all areas...I am  hoping we can follow-up to correct an issue with an area of  the grout and a cracked shower tile..   Jerimiah,  who works for Nick, also did a great job installing the shower which was not easy to fit into place.   Both Nick and Jerimiah were excellent to work with and I would definitely  recommend this business to anyone who needs tile work.

Finding a contractor who genuinely cares about doing the job well is a rare thing. Most contractors care about getting the job done quickly. Nick was exactly the guy I hoped to find but never thought I would. We had a full kitchen renovation, and we put a lot of time into finding the right people to do each stage. We hired different people to do the demo, electrical/plumbing, cabinet installation and tiling. Many people can do those other things but the tiling really has to get done right otherwise nothing else will look good. I'm used to disappointments with contractors. They typically rush through the checklist as quickly as possible, make a bunch of blunders along the way and then tell you they need to charge more because it was more complicated than they thought - that's assuming they show up at all. Nick and his guys were here for two full weeks and really put in the time it took to get it done right. They first installed the floor - 2' x 2' porcelain tiles, we had others install the cabinets and then Nick returned the following week to tile the walls - 2' x 1' porcelain. He gave us great advice on the types and sizes of tile and quantities to buy. They did an awesome job with the backsplash and around the window - lots of really intricate, detailed work. I have no idea how they cut the tile around the cabinet molding so neatly. He also gave us a very good deal on regrouting our tub at the same time which was sorely needed. They were never rushed at any point, and they talked to us continuously to make sure they were doing what we wanted. The result is beautiful and I can't give Nick and his team enough credit. If we hadn't found Nick to work on our kitchen, I dread to think how it might have turned out. I can't recommend Nick enough. I have already given his number out to a bunch of friends. If you want your project to go right, hire Nick.

Thoughtful meticulous work done. We had backsplash tile installed with a decorative border and medallions in the kitchen. Nick and the crew protected my polished granite countertops during the entire job. We also had natural stone tiles installed around an electric fireplace in our dining room. The team is experienced and skilled. We will hire them again without hesitation for our next tile job! NICK IS THE (tile) MAN!

Nick and his team arrive on time, They quickly went to work and provided covering for the carpet outside the bathroom. They remove the damaged grout.
