Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. "The Bodee Construction crew was quick, thorough and competent. The project required the complete removal of existing laminate wood flooring, installation of a sound proofing layer, and the installation of ceramic tile throughout a 1,200 square foot Manhattan apartment. The crew took measures to control dust and then took the original materials right down to the concrete before laying and leveling the new tile. Baseboards were replaced with new, and the entire unit was painted, including ceilings. Later, when we discovered a defective bag of grout had been used (not their fault!), the crew returned to remove the bad stuff and re-grout. It was truly a pleasure to work with them."
