Metropolitan Moving & StorageExcellent. My wife and I moved our family (two kids and one large dog) from DC to Connecticut in the midst of a pandemic this summer. What was anticipated to be a high-stress series of mishaps turned out to be a no-stress smooth ride. Metropolitan was on time on both ends, respectful of the current health norms/protective measures, and did not damage or lose a thing. Seems like a low bar, but these days it's anyone's guess. A Man With a Van & More IncI needed to move one bedroom's worth of furniture from a house to an apartment. Jimmy got me a quote in less than 2 hours and had the date set. Jimmy even called me the night before asking if I wanted the movers to come earlier as they had an opening. The day of the move there were three movers (Davey, Joaquim, and Savino), they were all extremely friendly and professional. They brought wrappings and covers for all of my furniture and had everything loaded up in about 40 minutes. The unpacking and placement of the furniture was seamless and they did not leave until I was sure all of the pieces were where I wanted them to be. This was my first move and I could not have been happier with the service. I highly recommend anyone in the area to utilize this company. They are highly rated and it shows.- Peter F.

Roadway MovingI moved with Roadway in 2019 and I used them again because they were so good. The team is very organized in how they assessed my furniture and belongings so they knew how to load and unload the boxes and furniture in a way that wouldn't make it difficult for me to unpack especially in such a tight space like my studio apartment. I am extremely pleased with the moving services provided by Paula's Movers. I needed to move to a different state and was looking for a reliable company that would not cost an arm and a leg. David, one of the owners, is a real gentleman and a man of his word. David and his crew arrived on time of the day of the move, they worked quickly but diligently and efficiently. I could not believe how quickly they helped us finish packing and carried all items out of our old home and loaded into their truck. Hanna, the lead in customer service, was a real pleasure to deal with. She was patient and very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. Hanna provided a very simple and straightforward quote that was easy to understand. The quote itself was also very competitive compared to the quotes we've received from their competitors. White Glove Moving & Storage was amazing to my family during our relocation. They were responsive and cooperative throughout every step of our move. The in-person initial quote was reassuring because I knew there wouldn't be any surprises at the end. The price was reasonable, and I even received a free box and packaging tape delivery on a Sunday after a storm! In addition, the scheduling team was able to accommodate my move after my closing/move-in date changed three times! Everyone at White Glove was kind and courteous. The movers were punctual, diligent, and careful with our belongings, and I didn't even have to pack my closets! The movers did that for me. They made sure all of my clothes were delivered to the appropriate rooms, and all of my furniture, including the queen beds, bunk-beds, and pool table, were reassembled properly before they left. I would recommend White Glove Moving & Storage to anyone looking to relocate! They made a situation, that is typically very stressful, a very pleasant one for my family.

Arise Moving & Logistics is a fast and very efficient company. I had to move within a few days and they came through. Living alone makes moving an egregious process. They carefully took care of my delicate items and we're especially careful with the bigger and more valuable pieces.
