Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. They covered spaces to keep dust from accumulating on my personal items and worked diligently to get the job done. The clean up was magnificent. With this kind of work there are rocks, dirt and concrete coming and going. You would never know they were there upon completion. I had mold that had been treated prior to this work and Mike, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of. "Situation resolved!!!! This started off as a little bit of water in the corner of the basement but escalated very quickly with the snow melt. Sean was here the same day I called to assess the situation and began work shortly after. They had to chop up the entire perimeter of the basement floor to install the french drains. "When I asked for a quote I was given less than $200 to install on most of the plumbers. When Pascale called said it was $450. Then the new tank was taller and had to cut pipes and replace plus valves. Another $200. You should quote between $450-$650 plus tax. $200 is just wrong."
