He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, and surveyed the situation and left a trap to try and lure the animal so he could then take it away and release it. He came back multiple times to check and also put down some repellant. He was very responsive to my texts and communication. I would highly recommend him for any animal/pest control needs. "
