We have been in business since 1983 and put customer satisfaction as our primary concern. We expect payment due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties (emails are an accpetable form).

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. First, when I got the estimate for a wood stove insert, I specifically told the salesperson that I wanted a large window to enjoy the fire and a unit that would effectively heat my home. He assured me I would get both. I paid a $4,000 deposit, trusting their word. When they called to schedule the install, I was shocked to learn they only install on weekday mornings—something that should have been disclosed before I paid. As a teacher and single mom, that was impossible for me, and I had to make last-minute arrangements for my brother to be there. On top of that, they showed up two hours late, almost making my brother miss an important appointment. Then comes the actual product—the window is much smaller than what I was promised, which was disappointing but not a dealbreaker. What was a dealbreaker? The blower didn’t work. They didn’t even leave the full manual, and after tracking it down online, we confirmed we were using it correctly. I reached out to the salesperson (who always communicated via text), and he ignored me for two days before telling me to "try a bigger fire." After spending over $20 on wood, I finally got the blower to turn on… for 30 seconds before shutting off again. That is not a functional heating system. I contacted them again and was suddenly told they were "reminding" me that they’d be coming by the next morning to check it—except no one had booked that with me. Again, I reminded them that I work during the day and need an appointment after 4 PM or on a weekend. He said he’d get back to me, and since then, I’ve sent multiple texts with zero response. At this point, I want my money back and for them to take this useless stove out of my house. Do not use this company. They mislead customers, have poor communication, and clearly don’t stand behind their products or service."
