Right on time, Ralph , with the assistance of Peter, fixed the pipe, and attached new shower head. It was necessary to cut out some tile and wall, as the pipe broke off behind a tiled wall . The work was well done, and setup neatly for tile replacement, which was very minimal. They explained what they were going to do, worked efficiently and totally cleaned up . Plus they recommended a tile person, who came out later the same day. I also needed to have a sewer line for washing machine unclogged. Ralph brought his man Joe to do the job. Quite honestly, this was the most thorough job I had experienced, having had this done several times before. Ralph will be coming out next week to replace the house inside septic line, which is old cast iron and cracked. I am confident that the work will be done with the same efficiency and professionalism."
