"I was extremely pleased with the job. Ralph had met with me earlier to go over the plumbing problems I had, and provided me with a quote and scope of work to be done. Right on time, Ralph , with the assistance of Peter, fixed the pipe, and attached new shower head. It was necessary to cut out some tile and wall, as the pipe broke off behind a tiled wall . The work was well done, and setup neatly for tile replacement, which was very minimal. They explained what they were going to do, worked efficiently and totally cleaned up . Plus they recommended a tile person, who came out later the same day. I also needed to have a sewer line for washing machine unclogged. Ralph brought his man Joe to do the job. Quite honestly, this was the most thorough job I had experienced, having had this done several times before. Ralph will be coming out next week to replace the house inside septic line, which is old cast iron and cracked. I am confident that the work will be done with the same efficiency and professionalism."

Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful.
