The total was about a thousand cheaper than every one else. Then came the work crew. You talk about fast and efficient. These guys had everything laid out, unloaded and started digging with in minutes. The Forman went over the game plan and what to expect. 3 hrs later they were done, my house was back perfect, you couldn’t even tell than had been there. AFS Exceeded my expectations from the top to bottom. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my house but them."

My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection. It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. "We have been clients of Cowan’s Masonry for the last five years. We moved into a house that had a chimney that was in need of repair. It had a horrible down draft, leaked, and several of the bricks were broken. Mr. Cowan had some great ideas on how to cost effectively repair the chimney and fix the damper, and in a couple of days, had it in great shape (looks a lot nicer too).
