Overall this was a great experience! I submitted a form on their website late Saturday night for a full-house deep clean and Tammy and her team were at my house at 9:30am on Monday. Took about 4 hours for ~1200 sqft (including all of the blinds and appliances). They were friendly, communicative throughout the whole process and up front about pricing (there was an extra room I forgot to mention and Tammy asked if I would like that cleaned as well, gave me the price and asked my permission). The house smelled amazing and I didn't see a single piece of dust after they were done! I would hire them again and recommend to others!

I am very happy with this cleaning service. They schedule in advance with me so I know when they are arriving. They are prompt and do a thorough cleaning. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a cleaning service.

When I spoke to the owner to set it up, she told me they charge a certain amount per hour. She said I could expect to pay around 250 or so for my first cleaning (I told her I have my house cleaned weekly and just had it done the Friday prior)- and that after the first I could expect to pay about 175 per week. They arrived 15 minutes late, used water on my wood when I requested not to and asked that they pay special attention to my marble floors (that were still left dirty with blotches all over even after the request). When they were done, they told me it was 400!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never paid that much even for my very first initial cleaning with other cleaning companies. Their work was nothing special at all. They were late and still charged me a full "hour" for that time. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY GET YOU USE THEM!! These other reviews must honestly be paid for or people they know. I have used 3 cleaning services and this one was the worst by far.

I have been using the Cleaning Ladies for 21 years now! They have always done a thorough cleaning of my place to make it sparkle and shine, added anything extra I needed cleaned to their busy day and most importantly, became a trusted part of my family. We speak of Mary, her sweet sister Lucy and all of the ladies as though they are an integral part of our family. They certainly help to make my demanding life run a bit smoother. They are worth their weight in gold!

The whole job was great. The crew cleaned the whole house quickly and efficiently. I was impressed. The cost was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into our first home in March 2018 and were looking for pre-moving cleaning service. I found The Cleaning Ladies off of Angie's List and am very happy with their work! They come every couple of months to do a great deep clean of the house and the price is very reasonable. The workers are very thorough and are extremely respectful of our property. Love using their services!

The Cleaning of all rooms was fantastic!!! The service was excellent and the customer service was excellent as well. I highly recommend them.

It went exceptionally well. The point I want to emphasize is that the crew lead by Ysys are such hard workers, absolutely meticulous! More than that, they are very, very obliging and their rates are very reasonable.

Tamara is friendly and professional. Her crew is also friendly, professional and prompt. They are good at their job and all the women work seamlessly together. I tried other services but they didn’t work out. I am so glad I tried The Cleaning Ladies!! We will be together for a long time. It went very, very well. The team consists of 5-6 Latina women who are fantastic workers. They come punctually at 10 a.m. and within an hour they have finished and are out of the house. So far, I have not found a dirty spot or something left uncleaned. They are meticulous and very, very pleasant. The bathrooms are spotless and so is the kitchen. I would recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.

Good. They were on time and cleaned the kitchen and all the bathrooms amongst the chaos of movers coming in and out.

They did a great job, responded very quickly anytime I contacted them, were punctual, professional and were very reasonably priced. I really appreciated how flexible they were considering settlement kept getting changed, causing me to reschedule the appointment several times. I feel like they cleaned like they would their own homes. Team of four women came and deep cleaned the whole house in about two hours. They were amazing and would highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services.

They do an okay job, but not great. I actually referred them to somebody and they used them once and didn't want to use them anymore. They weren't too impressed.

Crew of five arrived at the time they said they would. Very friendly and professional. House was immaculate when they left... very happy with the service. Will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

We've been with The Cleaning Ladies for quite a while now and have almost always had terrific experiences with our crew. Generally they are very thorough and my husband and I are usually very pleased with their work. Only on rare occasions have we had a concern and, as per their policy, they make arrangements to make it right - how about that!! The crew is always kind and mindful that this is our home. We have a dog and they treat her like we would - like a loving family member. We've even had an occasion in which both of us have been delayed in returning home from work and they were able to give the dog some backyard time. When we have the occasional schedule conflict, it is never a problem to rearrange. We are glad that we found a great cleaning crew in The Cleaning Ladies!

Always show up when promised. Easy to get in contact with. Easy rescheduling. Cleaning is on par w other providers we've used.
