Lotus LLC offers, Irrigation, water features, and pond maintenance and installation. We also offer aquarium service and design of fresh water tanks and plants. We also offer dryer vent cleaning. Irrigation service calls are $70 Start ups for irrigation systems are $125 for 1-4 zones. Additional zones are $20 per zone. During start ups, we turn the water on, make sure the main is holding and not leaking. We then run through the zones via the controller, checking each head for proper precipitation rates and coverage. We will make any recommendations to keep the system working to its peak performance. We will make any necessary repairs, replacements and adjustments. Should the system be in disrepair. We will give an estimate of the repair cost. Should it be greater or near the cost of a new system, we will design and give an estimate to install a new system. Irrigation winterizations are $100 for 1-4 zones and $10 for each additional zone.
