They understood what I needed and worked with me to get the best possible solution! The crew all worked flawlessly together. They took two days to finish the job. The first was the ground preparation and setting up the framing for the concrete. The second was to pour the concrete and finish off the job. Everyone knew exactly what to do to keep the concrete flowing from the truck to the back yard. One guy maned the truck, one guy worked the destination surface and two ran the wheelbarrows back and forth from the truck to the walkway! They put in great effort to keep my driveway and the street clear from residual concrete. I am extremely pleased with the work they did for the price they charged. "Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed.
