The rug came back beautiful. It was like new Once clean they brought the carpet back and positioned it over a new pad. On the delivery date we had them clean some wall to wall carpet on stairs and down a hall. They did a great job of that too. If you want professional work at reasonable prices (not cheap but reasonable) this is the outfit."
