"They came on time, explained what was to be done (I had met with their arborist prior to this -- so it was confirmation of the excavation, removal and planting), they worked very hard, took care to protect my lawn, cleaned everything up on my property and around the house -- all in record time. By 2:30 pm, I had five large trees that gave me the privacy and beauty I had been dreaming of in my backyard. The next day I put in plantings and it looks like everything has been there for years. It was one of the few projects around my house that turned out better than I even imagined. "The crew arrived promptly in the morning and began working, clearing shrubs and a wood pile. They were excellent in removing trees, especially those that bordered my neighbor's fence. They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property. It was amazing to witness how they surgically removed the over hanging branches - being careful to remove just enough to ensure the tree remained balanced and healthy. At the end of the job, the crew thoroughly cleaned the lawn removing any smaller branches."
