  • Fence Innovations LLC
We are so thrilled with our new fence from Fence Innovations, LLC 🤗 The owner was ON TIME to the minute every visit (unlike many other contractors), came in $1500-2000 less then our two other bids, had colored panels while the others said only white was availble, and was extremely polite, respectful and professional. Also, availability and installation exactly as promised in 4 weeks from signing the contract. I highly recommend them and am so happy with the product and service!!

  • Fence Innovations LLC
Fantastic! We recently had a white vinyl picket fence installed in our backyard. Fence Innovations did an amazing job. The installation was fast and done correctly and the price was very competitive. This is our 2nd time using Fence Innovations, we had a vinyl fence installed in the front of our house about a year ago. That install was fantastic! Whenever we need or will need in the future, we will always go with Fence Innovations. Would recommend to anyone!

  • Phencemen, LLC
We wanted a 6’ privacy fence to enclose our backyard. Phencemen did a great job! From the initial contact to the final e-mail, the entire experience was a pleasure. The owner, Phil, came out personally to look over our property in order to put together a quote. He made great suggestions as we walked over our yard. During the install, I’ve never seen men work so hard in such heat with so few breaks. They endeavored to give me exactly what I wanted by consulting with me regularly each day. They battled numerous elevation changes, and successfully gave us a straight fence line that steps up and down beautifully. The pride they take in their work shows. (The photos attached were taken during the install process and do not show final landscaping.

Called and spoke to John D for a rough estimate around the 2nd week of March 2016. John from sales came out to my house to confirm the materials and labor required to give a final estimate on March 16th. I expressed that I wanted to have the work done by the end of March if possible. They are very busy this time of year and told me they might not be able to as they were running 4 weeks out for scheduling. Still they attempted to work with me to make that happen. Got lucky with the weather, so Junior and his team were able to start the fence installation on March 30th. They quickly removed the old wood fence and started installing the new one. It looked like they would finish the same day, but the 2 gates delivered were a different style than the fence. (if Junior didn't point it out to me, I may not have been able to tell) But, he said they would get the correct gates and be back the next day to finish. As promised March 31st the correct gates were installed. The job was done beautifully! John D, John, Junior and his team were all friendly and professional. In a time when it's so rare to see great customer service, they went the extra mile

Fencing FAQ

  1. How much does it cost to install a fence?

Answer: The average cost to install a fence is $2,600. A variety of factors will impact the overall cost of fencing installation, such as the length of the fence, the materials you choose, and local labor costs. Fencing projects using the lowest cost materials and with lower labor costs can cost as little as $1 to $6 per linear foot, while projects using the highest cost materials and with higher labor costs may be as high as $15 to $45.

  2. Do I need a permit to build a fence around a yard?

Answer: Whether you’ll need a permit to build a fence around your yard will depend on your city or county's local codes. Many metropolitan and suburban areas require a permit to install most fencing, but they may not for fences situated behind a house as opposed to in front of it or fences that don’t run within a certain distance of the road. To find out if you’ll need a permit to fence your yard, reach out directly to your local government office.

  3. What is the cheapest fence to install?

Answer: The cheapest fencing to install is chain-link fencing. Chain-link fencing is typically cheaper than other fence types because the materials cost less, and installation is generally quicker and easier than other options. Chain-link fencing is affordable, easy to install, and low maintenance. However, it’s usually considered less secure than other options and doesn’t increase resale value as much as fences made of different materials.

  4. Is a wood or vinyl fence cheaper?

Answer: Wood fences are generally cheaper than the cost of vinyl fences. While the cost of materials for wood and vinyl fences is usually very similar, the labor cost associated with installing a vinyl fence is higher. Wood fencing is also easier to install than vinyl fencing, making it possible to save money by making wood fence installation a DIY project. It’s also possible to DIY install a vinyl fence.

  5. What is the life expectancy of a vinyl fence?

Answer: Vinyl fencing can be expected to last between 10 and 30 years. Vinyl fencing is generally low maintenance, but proper care will ensure it lasts as long as possible. Its long life span and high return on investment make vinyl fencing a popular option for many homeowners.

  6. What type of fence adds to the property value?

Answer: Installing quality fencing, no matter the fence type, will generally add value to your property. In general, fences made of longer-lasting, lower-maintenance, and more attractive materials—like wrought-iron, composite, or vinyl—add more value to a property than fences made of lower-cost or less attractive materials, like chain-link. To ensure your fencing adds as much value to your home as possible, be sure it’s properly permitted, approved by your homeowners association (if you have one), and installed properly.
