Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. "My wife found my water heater stopped working and was leaking yesterday evening, around 5 pm. I came home at 6pm and started to make phone calls including PSEG worry free. PSEG came to my house at 11:00 pm, wow they are working 24 hours, but sentenced my water heater dead and it needed to be replaced. PSEG worry free doesn't cover replacement. I made another call to PSEG worry free replacement department, man, they are working 24 hours too and received an estimate for water heater replacement with standard installation but its designated plumber would give me the exact estimate since they didn't know my house situation... I woke up Saturday morning and searched pros at Home Advisor and Garden State Water Heaters poped up at the top. I requested a fee estimate button and my phone was ringing simultaneously. Time was about 7am. It was from Garden State Water Heaters. He said he could come today around lunch time and replace the water heater. Wow, I thought that I had to wait until next Monday at the earliest. And the estimate price was much more reasonable than PSEG one. They came to my house and found that the vent to the chimney flue is out of compliance, which should be changed to 4 inch flue. I challenged him but man, he wasn't be budged and saying that he is Master Plumber and has to do every work in compliance. Instead, he gave me a good price, so I could afford. I said "Then, YES, please do." They completed the job quickly and nicely and my wife and I are pleased to have hot water back! No wonder that Graden State Water Heaters earns the best review!!!"
