He provided a detailed project schedule before work began and proactively communicated every step of the way. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. Communicated very well with my condo manager and me about any requirements they needed. He went to work and took care of everything while I worked from home. He let me know when he was about to filp the breaker which was appreciated.
