There’s a moment when a house stops feeling ordinary and starts feeling like yours. When the patio becomes the place everyone gathers. When the landscape finally frames the home the way you imagined. When a fresh finish makes you stop in the driveway and look twice. Vicente Industries LLC exists for that moment. We take your ideas, your space, and the potential you already see and turn them into something real. Every cut, every stone, every detail is approached with purpose, because we’re not here to simply complete a project. We’re here to create something you’ll be proud to come home to. Something that feels finished. Something that feels unforgettable. This is your vision, built into reality. Design. Build. Improve. This is Vicente Industries.

I’ve been a general contractor specializing in Kitchens. Bathrooms, additions, and general renovations in the Philadelphia area for 20 years. I’ve never had to advertise due to always being word of mouth. I enjoy the business very much from the challenges that the business brings to the overall happiness of all of my customers.

"If you are looking for a dedicated, talented, and professional design team to create the most beautiful space, you have to contact Benavides Design House. Kristen and Oscar are seriously the BEST! They are incredibly talented and a joy to work with. They led us through a challenging exterior and interior home renovation project. Thanks to them our house is everything we wanted and so much more beautiful than we could have imagined. Kristen and Oscar are truly amazing! They are creative, responsive, and flexible but most importantly great listeners. They will turn your home into everything you want and more. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"Boris was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and guided me in making the correct selection for my window. My treatment was ordered promptly and I was contacted for installation. On installation day Boris kept me updated regarding arrival of installer. The installer Serg came in and got the job done. Price was competitive."

"Everything was fine and no issues. I don't really like the virtual thing but I liked her demeanor over the phone she was a nice lady."

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. Thank you Ronda for a wonderful new kitchen!"
