So happy with BM Window Fashions. I ordered shutters from an online vendor and didn’t have them installed right away due to Covid restrictions. Boris was extremely responsive, was able to schedule and complete the install quickly. Boris and an installer on his team did such a beautiful job. If everyone would do their job like this, the world would be a much happier place. Boris responded to my Angi request on Sunday afternoon and evening, and he remained super responsive, friendly, and professional throughout. While three other pretty-princess shops gave me various excuses for why they would rather stick to easier jobs, Boris handled it routinely. Our technician Alex was prompt, professional, and did everything as promised. Cheap it was not, but the process was fast, efficient, and very professionally handled. Highly recommended.

Boris was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and guided me in making the correct selection for my window. My treatment was ordered promptly and I was contacted for installation. On installation day Boris kept me updated regarding arrival of installer. The installer Serg came in and got the job done. Price was competitive.

Efficient, quick

Boris' work is good and I liked him when met. But deadlines weren't made and the job wasn't finished. He just disappeared before the last element was done. The best way to show this is our text chain. (I also left voicemails and emails as did my colleague...) Wed 6/15/22 - Hey Boris, just checking in to see if we can schedule the completion of the project. Let me know when is good for you? No response. Wed 6/29/22 - Hey Boris. Just checking in to see about completing the curtain job. No response. Thurs 7/21/22 - Hi Boris, I've been trying to get in touch with you for a while but can't seem to make contact. Can we please schedule a day to finish the curtain job asap? John No response. Mon 8/22/22 - Boris, we really need to finish this job but we haven't been able to get in contact with you. Bruston and I have both called, texted, and are now emailing. Can you please get in touch with us to complete this project? No response. I'm not sure what happened but I'm disappointed - so much so I had to write a review.

Curtains needed to be rehung and hang valances over the curtains. Curtains and valances were hung evenly. They are the correct length and solved the issue of blocking the neighbor’s spotlight shining through the dining room windows. It done professional and respectful.
