We strive to maintain a high level of quality control and will continue to do so! We don't charge for estimating and consultation. We are hands on therefore subcontractors are not needed in most scenarios. We feed from repeated and referred work. Word of mouth is 95% of our business and would like it to remain that way. "I am dissatisfied with the work that Superior Seal Coat performed on my driveway. The edge of the driveway near the garage door was left in a very rough and unfinished state; it was not professional workmanship a period. When I called and informed them that I was not satisfied with their work, their inspector sent me an email stating: “ …our job is focused, primarily on the integrity and preservation of the driveway not the aesthetic factor. The important function of the job was accomplished” This objective was never communicated to me prior to them doing the work if so, I probably would’ve went with a different company. Not only that, they could have easily communicated to me that the crack between the asphalt and the concrete where my garage door is located could not be fixed. This was never communicated to me. I would not recommend anyone use this company"

Regular maintenance, such as filling cracks, reapplying sealer, and ensuring that water does not erode the base material, can help extend the lifespan of your driveway. Gravel driveways should be regraded to fill in uneven areas every year or two, depending on how frequently it is needed.

Think of the street as a way to capture all the elements on either side of the road, including the road—a street encompasses the homes or other buildings, the trees, and the road of a given area as defined by the beginning and end of the street on a map. This creates a risk for your driveway to fail after asphalt curing because it doesn't have a lasting bond with the surface. In order to get asphalt to perform as intended, it's necessary to prepare the dirt surface correctly first. The loose soil base under the new driveway must be compacted until it is stable enough to support the weight of the asphalt.

To maintain their strength, asphalt driveways and parking lots need to be sealcoated once every two to five years. You may also need to reapply paint striping every few years as it fades to ensure drivers can safely navigate the parking lot.

Asphalt driveways last anywhere from 15 to 30 years, but if you don’t stay on top of repairs, you may find yourself spending extra to replace your driveway before its typical lifespan. Stay on top of repairing cracks and potholes by routinely inspecting your driveway once or twice a year. It’s a good idea to pressure wash your asphalt driveway at least once a year to keep it clean. Apply a sealer every one to five years, based on your climate.
