"Chimney experts was very professional in both scheduling and the job. Al was very thorough to not only look at the chimney, but also to stay with me until we had fully built a fire and had it burning long enough to run a full test of the appliance. Cindy made going out shopping for all of the details fun, while Vince and Chao worked quickly and efficiently to ensure everything arrived on time and there was no delays in installation. They were able to complete both in just under three weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the experience."

"My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."
