He went from being a handyman to building bran new homes in no time. The difference is he is not going to sub a lot of work out; he is able to do most things himself. "Easy to work with, he clearly knew what he was doing and has a lot of experience. The whole crew was generally upbeat and courteous. They were on time and professional and even went above and beyond my expectations in some areas. I really appreciated that.
My only complaint was the cleanup. It was supposed to be completely ready for painting, but there was still quite a bit of sanding that needed to be done. And I wish I had prepped better before work began to avoid such a mess.
Also, I was expecting to pay with credit card (as advertised) but they informed me the day that work was to begin that they couldn't accept credit cards right now. So that required some last minute shuffling that cost me extra finance charges.
Overall I thought they did a great job. I recommend them but suggest going over their work carefully before they pack up and leave.

"Legacy the handy man, he's a 5 stars hand down with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him for any home remodeling project big or small. He is professional, trustworthy and highly skilled at his craft. He really take his work seriously and it showed in all the details. They installed a tray ceiling in dining room and did custom trim, shadow boxes, chair rails and crown molding all over our home and it looks beautiful. They also painted, installed new high hat lights everywhere, installed 2 new large chandeliers and hung large art work very high in our 2 story family room. They really take pride in their work, as they should! I would definitely recommend Legacy the handy man."
