"We had water damage in a room when we were out of town. I hired Joseph and Sons to do the repairs because the pricing was fair. He showed up on time, communicated well and was easy to work with. Angelo worked with me on getting information to my insurance company and found solutions to some ongoing issues we found as the demo started. He also did exterior waterproofing repairs to ensure future water issues would not happen. I had a few extra small requests and he did not nickel and dime us. His workers were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very happy with the work and will use on future project."

"Highly recommend Aaron and his team. He showed up when he said he would, very meticulous with their work and finished the project when he said he would. Cleaned up the areas after they were done and left the house looking better than when they came! 10/10 will be calling them back for future projects. Extremely happy with everything they did"

"Pros were on time. Bed assembled, but they did not know how to attach headboard. Did not clean up."

"Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again. My son is so happy for his new bedroom setup and my back is so happy for my new standing desk. Thank you Bryan and A1 Construction!!!"

"They were very efficient and did impeccable work in a very timely manner"

"Incredibly efficient, very professional. Thank you!"

"It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done."

"I can’t thank the team enough for the care and compassion they showed while scheduling (thanks to Taylor) and completing the outside job for me (Brian was doing all the hard work). What felt overwhelming and stressful at first was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail that it truly made a difficult situation much easier to bear. They responded quickly and worked on a fast, efficient schedule, which I greatly appreciated. The area was left clean, safe, and beautifully restored. I’m deeply grateful for their hard work and would wholeheartedly recommend their services. Thank you, B&K!"

"He completed full renovations for three of my properties he is very professional and there isn't anything he does not how to do."
