"Jake and his team were more than incredible. I can’t express enough how much of a great job they did. I hired them for a spring clean up for my parents home in Hampton. (Great Mother’s and Father’s Day gift by the way). Jake and his brother, Calvin, were so responsive to any of my needs / questions. Any time they were done for the day or arriving (even in the rain!), they would shoot me a note to tell me. They worked endlessly for 4 days to make my parents yard look immaculate. Edging, weeding, leaf clean up. Whatever you may need, please give these guys a call. They were awesome!"

"James and his partner were very nice, prompt with the service, kept in touch when needed, delivery was great. It was a difficult spot to maneuver the truck to drop the load of stone but they did it well with no problem. Thank you guys."

"C3 was not the lowest cost, but they were the best. Josh and his team were punctual, worked all day, needed no supervision and did high-quality work. Josh provided some options for a better appearance and was fair in extra costs coming from excavating the slope. We are very happy with the wall and steps and even yard for summer entertaining. I recommend C3 and Josh for any hardscaping work."

"Elder came for a quote within the hour and was polite. He provided a fair price and the work was meticulously carried out. There is not a leaf or single pine needle left anywhere on my property. Will be our go to!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.

If your roof was constructed between 1930 and 1970, there’s a possibility that the shingles contain asbestos. If that’s the case, you should hire a professional for repairs and replacement, as they’ll have the necessary equipment to stay safe from such a hazardous and cancer-causing substance. If your home was constructed after this period, it’s unlikely that the shingles in place are toxic. In most cases, asbestos shingles are not recyclable, while standard asphalt shingles are recyclable.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

Professional lead-paint abatement companies use a variety of methods to remove lead-based paint, depending on each particular situation. Some of the most common methods include:

  • Total removal: $8–$17 per square foot

  • Demolition and replacement: $1,000–$15,000 per project

  • Encapsulation: $4 per square foot

  • Enclosure: $10 per square foot

  • Chemical stripping: $10–$17 per square foot
