"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"Came on time, many workers were hired for initial dredging and clean up of concrete so it went relatively uneventful. The areas with our personal things were taped off with plastic. We were very pleased with the process.  And 2 years later still are glad we chose Rightway for the job. They weren't the cheapest nor the highest priced but we felt fair for the job. Plus there was no surprises or extra costs."

"Larry came out and did an analysis of our exterior drainage system, as we were having some puddling issues in the front and rear of our yard. We had just moved into the home a few months prior and Larry also did an analysis of our basement as we were having some concerns about the slightly bowed wall in our basement. Larry was very thorough and took a lot of time to go through the details of the exterior french drainage system he would install. He responded back to us in a timely manner and was extremely reasonable with their quote compared to other bids we had received from other contractors.
Larry and his team came out to the house and made quick work of a tedious job.  They took good care to keep the job-site as tidy as possible. Although Larry changed from the original plan, we felt comfortable with this as he was very thorough when explaining the reasons behind the change and we felt he had our best interest at heart. If we had any questions Larry was always available to answer them for us even when we called at 9pm.
We had a walkway that they had to cut through in order to run the piping for the drainage and Larry even added concrete to fix the walkway even though it wasn't in our original proposal.
We feel like with the work that was completed we got an excellent price and we have the peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly.
