They reviewed the situation, contacted the manufacturer and found that an original part had been discarded in installation which was likely causing the leak. A couple days after their first visit - our only first floor a/c was working beautifully (after its installation 6 years ago!). CRS was quick to address, innovative in approach, went the extra mile, professional, and reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier that CRS was able to help us with this longstanding problem."
