"We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

When it was ready, Jonathan came out within a few days and installed the frame, door and moldings in one day. "I wrote the C review. 3 years later, the windows leak every year and there is a leak in another room under the roofing that Sean "fixed." I have just learned that there are holes (where he put his scaffolding) above the leaking area. The windows were new and the only leaks are below the holes. I have spoken to other roofers who say it was a very poor job and should be redone."
