We were ready to move in but the town and state found enough problems we had to strip back to the studs and two electricians two plumbers two AC guys and two carpenters said it was the worst workmanship they ever seen. He left saying he would be back the following weekend but did not come back.He was paid in full for the complete project plus some. Everything has to be done over and at great expense. I have hundreds of pictures to prove what I am saying. Hope you can sleep at night

Terrible experience, left before work was completed, but was paid-roofing unfinished, sidling not started....I count go on . Constant fighting among crew, that changed each day-unreliable attendance. Never meet deadlines, Never got permits, had to have the sheet rock and all the doors, cabinets etc. ripped out of the entire project due to electrical codes when the "owner" Keith had guaranteed code compliance . Terrible work overall, every worker who has come in to repair his mistakes has commented on it being the worst work they have ever seen. His response will be that that the "contract " was broken because we brought in outside help, but this was done because of fears of code being broken- which turned out to be the case. The cost to repair his "work" is massive, the name of the company is so far from what it states. The project he was working on before also had all similar problems and they also were left to clean up his mess. Terrible work and even worse people. I will gladly speak to any person who even considers using them and provide you with many other reasons why you shouldn't., .

Keith cheated us out of a lot of money - He said re would return some - the inspectors were appalled at his work This company cost us a fortune

Keith not only rebuilt my boathouse but designed the structural improvements necessary. He straightened the roof and designed the supports to allow me to have a.hoist system installed. Keith also built for us a anti room , a room between the outside and front door. He designeg this.to not only save on heating and cooling but with additional storage in mind

The project started as agreed and when they encountered a problem digging the foundations they worked late into the night the keep the project on time. Keith has always been responsive when we had questions or wanted to make changes and has been very helpful in making good choices. Although we are only halfway through the project we are happy to see the pride and effort Keith personally puts into his work. For a small outfit they have delivered what I expected Michael
