QS&L did a masterful job of removing and reconstructing a 3500 square foot deck while working through the winter of 2021-2022. The quality of the work was first class. I highly recommend QS&L Builders if you are looking for someone who shows up and gives a full dayâ s work. They were efficient, responsive and cooperative throughout the entire project. Great guys. I enjoyed watching them work. They were here on time and wasted no time by staying busy every moment. They did exactly what I would have done should I have been a little younger. Quade and his guys are hard workers and pleasant to have around. They also took the needs of our older dog into consideration, ie making sure his ramp for using the steps was put back in place. They take pride in doing a professional job. And very important to us, they worked with various changes we came up with. I would definitely hire them again.

Superb craftsmanship!! Every day on time. We have had extensive work done on our home by other companies. There is no comparison to these guys, with their quality and professionalism. Also I always get multiple estimates. Their quote was very reasonable and fair. The result was much more than we had hoped for. The deck they built is beautiful! They secured our trust for any work in the future. They also finished a job done by another company that wasn't up to standards at no cost to us. Overall I would highly recommend them!

Great job. Quade and his crew of 3 removed all vinyl skirting from my mobile home and replace it with pressured wood around most of the house as a frame and then installed pressure treated skirt around bottom of the house. Carolyn B. in Gilford, NH

Awesome experience with Quade and his crew. They removed my old damaged deck, and replaced it with a beautiful, larger, composite deck....after they finished, I was so happy with it I had them replace the front porch as well. The workmanship is top notch. His crew was friendly and efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely have them back for our next project!

Quade is great person, the minute I met him I felt very comfortable and I hired him right away to repair my deck. Quade was very reasonable, he takes his work seriously. He was in time every day, did great work and basically he did more than what he suppose to. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who want to hire an honest reasonable contractor. Quade and his assistant helped us with a repair of our roof in Laconia. He had to stop working on the second day with 2 hours left. During our honeymoon, they came back and finished the work! It was very nice to come home to not only a finished project done well, but to a very clean yard too. Highly recommend!!

He fit us in to have the job completed when we wanted it done. He showed up on time and we got an honest days work from him and his crew. They kept the neatest and cleanest job site. This crew did an excellent job replacing 2 storm damaged roofs and painting the house. At the end of each day they throughly cleaned up debris from that days work. They were reliable and kept us informed as to what was going to be accomplished each day. They showed up on time and completed everything we asked them to do. They are very personable and easy to work with. I have recommended them to 4 friends and would do so to anyone looking to have work done at their home!

They are amazing. Ky roof leaked, they were able to come up with affordable solutions. They fit me into their busy schedule very rapidly. They are prompt, very respectful and professional on the jobsite, they did great work and were very neat. They made sure to check the grounds multiple times for any scraps, nails, or other debris before leaving. There was no sign they were ever there except for a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend them.

QS&L: A 5-star gem! Quade: If you call him, he will answer his phone; if you set an appointment time, he will arrive (on time); if he tells you he will do something, he does it! He spent all the time we needed to give us the details of our roofing options and he took the time to quote (in writing) several options. He is obviously very knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. He gave us an accurate time frame for the delivery of materials, the start date of the job according to his work schedule, and was in touch with us just prior to the day he began the work. Quade and his team worked diligently all day. They were a professional team with a high-quality work ethic. The job was completed according to the time estimate he originally stated. They cleaned up the work site when the job was finished and left our yard free of any construction debris. I am hard-pressed to find any fault with our experience with QS&L. There has got to be room for improvement for QS&L somewhere, but I am at a loss to tell you what that would be. We would hire him for additional work and recommend him to others WITHOUT HESITATION. If you do not hire him... well... I told you so.

Quade was very responsive to a potentially serious problem I had with my roof (heavy snow and ripped off ridge vents leaving opening in roof). He was able to respond quickly and gave me peace of mind that I wasn't going to have significant water damage from an exposed roof. I plan on contacting him in the spring for some additional work that I have planned.

he said everything he was doing and did it and more. I recommend him to anyone that want what your moneys worth. he is coming back to do more work for me.

Timely roof repair done efficiently.

The roof didn't leak for a year and a half, but after that time we were discouraged with the second project that we had hired him for. He really let us down. He didn't finish the second project, we now have an unfinished project, a leaking roof & perhaps mold.
