They told us the liner that was put in was too small. Omar assured us that when they are done putting in a bigger liner we will not have a problem. "Caliber staff was responsive and direct on repairs needed. Gave a breakdown of the work with value of why its needed. Basically the stack was not fireproof and was not to code. He followed up on all questions, and checked back in to make sure his repair remediated the the drain leak in chimney, which was the original reason for the call. Kept the worksight clean and was able to accomodate our schedules."
