"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

His inspection was thorough and he explained the situation so we could easily understand what was happening and what we needed to do to repair it. He and his crew then did a very thorough job repairing our concrete foundation that had cracked and was sinking due to problems with the subsoil, as well as leveling the concrete slab in our basement. He took care not to damage our property, and even maneuvered his equipment under our deck so we didn't have to remove it to complete the repair. "Price seemed a bit high for such a small job, but they could do it the same day. They did come down on the price when I agreed to get it done today. However since then Iâ ve noticed that the mortar in the patched area is nearly flush with the brick face, whereas the other mortar (the whole rest of the wall) is set quite deep in. The patched area really stands out as a patch. They didnâ t match the mortar depth to the rest of the wall. Iâ ve repainted the entire hearth to see if that helps, but itâ s still quite noticeable. Not impressed. Lesson learned."
