"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"Job got completed however.... estimated price to perform work initially at $300/hr is absurd and that was negotiated. Everyone online stated job was 2hrs max - quote was 4hrs. Ideally independent plumbers and HVAC folks would be associated with home advisor as I had thought they would be happy to get $150/hr. Not sure what home advisor cut is for the referral or if it was heritage general pricing but I will think twice about making a call in the future. I have no issue paying a fair price for work - but double or triple fair will not happen at my home."
