I called Mike because our whole-house AC unit was unable to keep our home cool during the last heat wave. He came on a Monday, just a couple of days after I called him, and was able to replace our unit the following week. Mike replaced it with a bigger unit, which I believed we always needed. His work is impeccable. He leaves no debris behind him and he even went back to his truck to get some ties to tie two hoses together because he didn't like the way they were hanging. He is a very dependable, conscientious worker and is proud of his work. Because my daughter had several jobs done by him, I know that whatever he does, lasts. I really like him and will call him for any future HVAC work I need done.

Mike is always on time, does the work he says he will do and will charge you for nothing more. He responds quickly to phone calls and emails, and leaves your house as if he was never there. I have never worked with anyone that cleans up the way he does!

I moved to Nashua, NH, in November of 2012, and Mike Modea of Indoor Comfort Systems installed a new gas heater at my condo. All went well, and the new heater works great. Mike also installed a new thermostat, as the old one was far too complicated for this senior. I also used Mike in May of 2012 and June of this year to perform a yearly routine maintenance on my 25-year-old AC unit. It's still working thanks to Mike's skills. I highly recommend that anyone hire Mike Modea for their heating and cooling needs. He is professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, and personable. What I most like about him is his honesty, which I feel is important in hiring someone. I plan on using Mike in the future, because he is someone I can trust and rely on.
