We called Rick and he came out through the ice and snow, fixed our furnace within half an hour and got the heat back on for us again. We switched to Rick for our oil and never looked back. He and his team have always been kind, professional, and responsive. I cannot recommend Rick Wenzel highly enough.

First, after receiving 3 other quotes for hot water heater, Rick came by, looked at the job in detail, and provided several options, including a very cost competitive approach, replacing only the hot water tank. The installation went off without a hitch and we are very happy with the results. The previous years furnace cleaning (from another oil company) left a few unresolved issues, and Rick's team took care of everything. Highest marks for service.
