David, one of the owners, is a real gentleman and a man of his word. David and his crew arrived on time of the day of the move, they worked quickly but diligently and efficiently. I could not believe how quickly they helped us finish packing and carried all items out of our old home and loaded into their truck. Hanna, the lead in customer service, was a real pleasure to deal with. She was patient and very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. "Ive moved over 10 times being in the Military who usually pays for my move. This Move i was paying for after speaking to 5 different companies, Top Tier Van Lines was the most Honestout of them All! As they were the only ones to let me know the extra charges for wrapping my TVs, Mirrors , China Hutch, which none of the other moving company mentioned! The guys who picked me up were VERY professional all in Uniform and all employed by Top Tier Van Lines! The Foreman Alfonzo was Great as well as my Moving coordinator Brian was there for me from start to finish! Im Very Pleased with the overall move.
