He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with.
