"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by McGinley & Sons. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."

He even did some requested investigation on paints before the job even started. When the time came to do the job he showed up and went to work. I noticed he was always thinking and asking questions when he identified something that he thought I might want him to do. The job was completed with very high quality work and cleanliness. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
