"Korinna changed my life. I have always had strong emotional connections to items, ever since I was a kid. When I look at an article of clothing, I remember when I bought it, who I was at the time, who I spent time with and where I went when I wore it. My mom, sister, and I are all the same size so there’s been a revolving closet for years. After growing up in my family’s home and accumulating more clothing, trinkets, gifts, art, and papers than any one person should own, i felt overwhelmed, stuck, and unable to focus, relax, or even get ready without stress since I couldn’t find things. I reached my limit when I moved back home for 2 months before moving to NYC. My room was full of everything from my childhood, everything from college, AND everything from my own apartment I’d been living in after college. My mom had been trying to help me organize while I organized her space since working through my own stuff was paralyzing.
