Interior Painting or Staining
First, the only option I had to leave a review was an interior job. This was actually sanding and staining a deck. The ONLY good I can say about Raph is he appears professional and sincere during the estimate and he immediately refunded my deposit. Nobody showed after Raph texted me they'd start an hour later because of the dew. The guy who did finally show up worked for less than an hour and walked off the job. Security cams caught it all. Raph supposedly fired him after having given him multiple chances. I asked if he could still do the job, he told me he could get to it in a week and a half, then instead offered to be here Saturday with another person. He never showed, never called and lied to Angi when I filed a formal complaint, with proof. I asked if he had the time to do the job but he chose to just waste 2 weeks of my time, putting me off to fix a previous job but didn't show me the same respect. Dishonest and unprofessional!

Every interaction with Raphael was positive and We felt well taken care of. Wonderful customer service and he always wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. We have a lots of windows/trim and the work was done very quickly while keeping the quality. We would highly recommend!
