Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. "FBI Contracting was the only firm willing to remove old decking, replace insulation in cathedral ceiling from above, install proper vent baffles, install metal shingles, custom form gutters. Frank and crew came every day until job was done. Compared to other roofers quoting only the shingle installation, FBI was very competitive. Cleanup was exceptional and the roof looks great!
