Many times contractors tend to want to upsell and Warren did not. I could tell he was honest and forthright in our conversation. They were at the house within days of the request and were knowledgeable about putting insulation over light fixtures embedded in the ceiling. The attic did not have access from within or outside the house and they problem-solved this in a way that was a great solution. They lay down mats so as not to dirty up the carpets and stairs and they wore gear to protect themselves from the insulation. MY house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. All of the people working on the project were professional and knowledgeable and the cost was extremely reasonable. For the first time this winter, my house feels like it can hold the heat. Looking forward to this summer, because I'm betting it will also improve my air conditioning!"
